What type of AI do we use?

At XARXA ATI, SL we use artificial intelligence systems exclusively for:

• Designing and generating this website, including assisted text, structure and graphic content.
• Producing internal or informational documents such as contracts, forms and indicative legal texts.

What do we NOT do with AI?

We do not use artificial intelligence for:

• Analysing, recording or processing personal data of users.
• Creating automated profiles, behavioural assessments or automated decisions.
• Emotional or biometric recognition, voice or image analysis.
• Evaluation of employees or clients through AI.

What guarantees do we apply?

• The systems used are always supervised by human staff.
• Any AI-generated content is reviewed and validated by professionals.
• The AI is not trained or fed with sensitive, personal or confidential data.

Why do we communicate this?

Because we believe in ethical, transparent and responsible AI, and we commit to informing clearly about its use in accordance with Article 50 of the European AI Regulation.
